At Javvy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we can only accept returns on hardware and accessories within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee blend, please reach out to our support team so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  For hardware and gear, ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging; for coffee quality concerns, please provide the batch number found on the bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
